Die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung in unserer Abteilung schreitet voran. Jetzt kommt der fehlerhafte flow von Frau Winter zur "DSGVO konformen anonymisierung" von Einträgen in einer sharepoint liste dran. Rücksprache mit der DSGVO-Stelle. Und musste feststellen hier gibt es auch Wissenslücken was sharepoint und so ist. Sharepoint ist keine Datenbank oder so....
Aber egal mein Flow läuft gut, alte Versionen werden gelöscht und ein Protokoll erstellt. #ms365 #DSGVO -

Generell hat er recht, dass digitale Souveränität in mehere Richtungen geht. Bei den konkreten Fragen zum IStGH ist er doch sehr zurückhaltend gewesen ;-)

I truly wish Intune could just be burned to the ground.
I have spent the better part of the last 9 hours staring at Intune logs, only to spend an hour going through real-time console capture from within Apple Configurator to find the reason the MDM profile stopped pushing CompanyPortal to devices 2 days ago.
WTAF.
I hate Intune.
My brain hurts. Ready for this work day to be over.

Es fühlt sich gerade frustriertend an. Da ich würde der #MS365 noch #GoogleWorkspace nutze, sondern #Nextcloud, #OpenOffice bzw #OnlyOffice bekomme ich es nicht ordentlich hin, #KI so anzubinden, dass die Dateien genutzt werden können. Maximal #Markdown. Das ist oft in Ordnung aber halt nicht immer. #Frust

Wenn die Bewahrung der Schöpfung und digitale Souveränität Teil unserer christlichen/ethischen DNA sind – müssten wir dann nicht konsequenterweise das Recht einfordern, Software abzulehnen, die diesen Werten widerspricht? 🧐
In den USA hat eine Entwicklerin genau das mit Blick auf KI geschafft. Wäre das ein Hebel gegen den #MS365-Einsatz in kirchlichen und sozialen Einrichtungen?

#Bayern lässt seinen geplanten Microsoft-Milliardendeal fallen und will einen „unabhängigen und krisenfesten“ Verwaltungsarbeitsplatz aufbauen. Das ist eine Grundsatzentscheidung darüber, wer Zugriff auf wessen Daten erhält.

Geschichte zur #Cloud und #MS365
Mein Arbeitgeber wollte alle Daten in OneCloud verschieben. Mein Hinweis zur Privatsphäre und digitaler Souveränität wurde mit einem Mail abgelehnt.
Nun ist der Kanton eingesprungen, dass keine persönliche Daten in OneCloud abgelegt werden dürfen. Es gibt nun (ergänzend) #Nextcloud
Aber schön, dass wir Datenschutzbeauftragte in der Firma haben, welche zurückgepfiffen werden müssen

the young lass in the office (who was getting the email address) didn't know what "pruimtabak" was (thankfully it is not as popular in Europe nowadays!) and was quite grossed out when I told her 😁

I write my work emails in plain text mode, because honestly, you don't need inline images, formatting, or a thousandth copy of the County seal in my signature. The information I want you to have is in the text.
And then we have my colleague. Email signature includes three tiny images for his contact info.
When I try to reply as plain text, it grabs all the images in the thread and attaches them.
Faced with removing all these attachments, I'm considering just not responding at all.

Just had to "hack" two (2) #MS365 tenants, due to #Authenticator being completely goosed on my mobile phone, it had never worked 100% after MS forced its use last year (my other colleague with admin access was on holiday and away from UK ) - luckily the way #Microsoft had it previously running was half-arsed enough that I was able to still access user admin page (but not Entra, and security info) which allowed me to escalate an existing user to Global Admin and then use that to reset my own accounts #MFA and then add those back to Authenticator...
