COFFEE SHOP MORNING!
If anyone wants me, I'll be at The Grind on St. Clair West, Toronto, which is the nicest little coffee shop in the neighbourhood!
You should go there and have their sandwiches. They're awesome!

7:30 a.m. Wednesday, and already got a book scammer on LinkedIn.
I told them that I require a $25,000 deposit for a one year contract, with all marketing to occur at their expense, and forfeit of the deposit if it does not earn out.
Let's see how that goes over, shall we?

Banished my phone from my bedroom last week and put in a clock radio. Since then I've been sleeping earlier and better, but I'm waking up before 6 a.m.
So, spending today figuring out a new schedule to go with the new normal. And writing stuff.

Realized last night that I haven't left the house in two days. I suspect it's because not enough folks have subscribed to my newsletter and gotten their free ebook.

Monday. I've stopped taking anti-depressants. The last meds weren't working and the next have awful side effects.
Now's a good time: sun's out, I'm exercising and earning money. If I do the work now, I'll be able to face the dark months.
Wish me luck.

4 days left in the cast and I am spiralling. Can't focus, can't write, frustrated as hell, hanging onto my sanity by a thread.
It's all going to be good, but the waiting is driving my spare.
