Q3. I'm looking for a steel #singlespeed or #FixedGear frame/fork set for fitness riding on streets that can take relatively wide tires. What are my options other than a Surly Steamroller (top of my list, 700c x 38 mm)? Is there a #fixie #mixte? Current ride an MTB, the ergonomics not ideal for getting max power w/comfort on roads. Looking for a bit more relaxed geometry than track bikes. Thanks!

Old #mixte #MTB #restoration
for my 10y old daughter. Plan is to ultimately convert it to city bike with semi-slick tires, fenders, bashguard and a more relaxed handlebar.Striping the #paint was a major PITA. Now painting the base colour, we chose cream because my daughters want to add some drawings with Uni #posca paint markers. I think I will first add a layer of clear coat. I expect we do mistakes with the paint markers that we want to erase immediately with a humid sponge. Then a second clear coat layer after the posca based drawings. What do you guys think?

Scans von alten Dias aus der Zeit, in der wir Nägel mit Köpfen gemacht hatten, uns im örtlichen Fachhandel hochwertige Fahrräder kauften und uns entschlossen, die meisten Wege im Urlaub wie @home nicht motorisiert, sondern mit den Fahrrädern zu bewältigen.
Längst verheiratet, umgezogen, andere Arbeitsplätze ... machen wir das bis heute so.
