🚀 L'entreprise espagnole PLD Space présente le premier modèle de qualification (QM1) de son lanceur orbital #MIURA5.

Après des essais structurels, le 2e étage sera soumis à un essai destructif pour valider le système d'arrêt de vol FTS. Le 1er étage va subir un remplissage de ses réservoirs (Wet Dress Rehearsal). L'ensemble va effectuer une qualification complète des moteurs, de l'avionique, de l'étage intermédiaire et de la coiffe.

#PLDSpace hasn't completed #MIURA5's first orbital flight yet, but they announced they are expanding to heavy-launch vehicles with the Miura NEXT family of launchers.

#Miura5 will be attempted to be recovered with parachutes first, but PLD is working on propulsive landing for it.
