1) Attaching a postage label on unbranded packaging sourced in the same EU country as your shop does not make you a producer and frees you of extended EPR responsibilities:

Even if it's just one package a year. This is unbelievably bad news for any small shops! I'm honestly speechless how idiotic & cruel this decision is!
