At least #MetPol found some time away from nicking harmless old folk for political protests to nick suspects for #PrimroseHill #stabbing - maybe it should also serve as a warning to young lads who think its cool to make #drill #rap videos that you are helping enable a fucked up violent misogynistic society where might is right...
"best case" is that this was just simple #robbery attempt from relative strangers and lad got shanked when he wouldn't just hand over the high-end #camera he'd got for his birthday - if it turns out he was deliberately targeted for his #video work thats even worse, and would warrant further investigation into how dysfunctional the drill subculture is getting..

I'm glad #BBC at least allowed Zak some publicity, and I believe he *is* straightedge (his other social media show he's got an interest in cars, if he was partaking of any substances old bill would soon have tracked him down and yoinked his licence), but I fear he doesn't realise that once the #rave has gone over a certain level and enough locals have complained, the #Police are authorised to use whatever force is necessary to close it down and seize the equipment - anyone who was on the scene in 90s/00s would have witnessed something like this (or worse( at least once
There's a whole 50 page document online from the College of Policing showing exactly how #raves are dealt with nowadays, its been recently updated by #MetPol and is freely online (not classified)

@ChrisMayLA6 Yes, compensation claims are inevitable if the ban is finally overturned. And because of the severe consequences of the "terrorist" label, damages may be non-trivial.
There will be some big internal debates about the composition, but the givt would be very foolish to fight with the cops on this. Many of the cops were very unhappy about the arrests, but remsined loyal to govt. Dumping blame and costs on cops would do huge damage to that #MetPol—govt relationship.

Dr Rahmeh Aladwan of South Gloucestershire, has been charged with multiple counts of inviting support for #Hamas, following an investigation by the #MetropolitanPolice #Metpol’s Public Order Crime Team. https://news.met.police.uk/news/woman-charged-with-inviting-support-for-hamas-507693
Dr Aladwan's case is #subjudice, so best not to comment on it.

Huge relief in #London, which is again safe from opponents of #genocide.
The #MetropolitanPolice will resume arresting supporters of #PalestineAction (PA) after a 6-week hiatus due to the ban on PA being found unlawful.
But the #MetPol pined for the joys of unlawful arrest. So in order to uphold the law, the cops will resume unlawfully arresting opponents of #genocide. This "logic" is called "British Justice".

#MetPol have #arrested 20 year old and 15 year old males on suspicion of stirring up the #online "school wars" posts attempting to encourage #violence across high #schools in #London and beyond (I've seen versions of these for #Ipswich schools as well).
I'm unaware of there being any actual confrontations stemming from this online campaign - reality (even when I was a teen and Internet didn't exist) is that teens aren't /that/ inclined to fight merely because they are from different schools, rivalry usually starts off due to competition for girls / territory etc in the physical space which isn't that easy to stir up from 100km away..

#ThamesValleyPolice in SE #England are now accepting trainee #officers with driving #licences for #automatic vehicles ( #MetPol has already quietly started doing this) - until recently #Police #Officers had to have a licence for manual vehicles.
This isn't at all surprising given many younger folk in high traffic areas of #SE England are learning exclusively in automatic cars and 80% of the #Police fleet including the fast response / performance vehicles of the RPU (Roads Policing Unit) already has auto 'boxes, but I suspect its also because they are struggling to attract and retain officers, no one *wants* to join the Old Bill these days !
