Here's a thought, rather than deleting youtube tracking codes when sharing links you can alter them. That will surely mess with their analytics!
eg: Instead of this:
https://youtu.be/TwOLo_U6bTw?si=MtFQCp9LDYyNx3ee&t=1461change the M after si= to N:
https://youtu.be/TwOLo_U6bTw?si=NtFQCp9LDYyNx3ee&t=1461and it still works 🙂
