Actualización urgente sobre mi tía.

Después de semanas de pruebas y cansancios ya tenemos los resultados del scanner.

Un tumor grande. En la base del craneo, detras de la oreja.

Mi tía. Madre de 6 niños. El mayor tiene 11 años. Todos parte de gaza_campkids.

Su vida corre peligro. Aquí no hay tratamiento. Tiene una derivación médica para viajar al extranjero, pero está en una cola de espera con miles de otros pacientes.

Mientras ella espera, sus 6 hijos también lo hacen.

Ya no sé cómo mantenerme entera.

Cada día trae un nuevo miedo: Mahmoud está muriendo ante mis ojos. Sham lucha contra la enfermedad y necesita cuidados constantes, Ariam necesita cubrir sus necesidades más básicas, y la madre de Mahmoud lucha contra el cáncer y no puede caminar.

Tres hijas me necesitan, un marido al que temo perder, y una madre enferma que necesita a alguien a su lado... y yo solo soy una persona que intenta llevar todo esto en el corazón.

El riesgo de amputación de la pierna izquierda de @DiaaMahmoud097 sigue siendo bastante alto.

Los médicos que le tratan explican que necesitará una fijación externa (un aparato Ilizarov: https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aparato_Iliz%C3%A1rov) que tendrá que ser obtenido fuera de Gaza.

El total necesario para todo el procedimiento son $6,000 USD, de los que ya ha obtenido $2,000, pero también es necesario darse cuenta que hay gastos relacionados con todo el procedimiento y que su familia también necesita apoyo en estas duras circunstancias, por lo que toda ayuda es poca.
