The use of the word "#scam" is appropriate.

What if we told you the scam gets #inception-level deep. As in, while you use #AusPost your packets are decrypted by Amazo- (snip) we mean, #scamazon.

We should also point out the #Medibank was scam'azon, also. A point conveniently omitted from all #legacyMedia coverage that happened to find us.

The notion that #privatising large public companies like #Qantas, #Telstra, the #CBA, #Medibank and #energy companies to crony #capitalists was ever going to benefit the #Australian public seems so deluded now, given how history has evolved.
Privatising Qantas has to be one of the most flagrant acts of self-harm committed by any Australian government.

So unimpressed. Apparently my personal data may have been breached in the #Medibank, #Optus and now #CTARS #databreach. Time to head back to Queensland Transport; this time to change driver's licence number. Will also approach #Medicare for a new card number. Passwords all change and multi-factor authentication enabled on all bank accounts where available. Also have enabled MFA on social media accounts including Mastadon. Discussions to be had with #NDIA also. Registered for a call back from IDCare.

Woah! We finally had a chance recently to check the hacked #Medibank website.

Apparently the #healthInsurance company that got hacked, is #reverseProxied from #AmazonCloudFront servers. So in effect, Australian's data was "hacked" by a US entity first using #socialEngineering.

The Australian federal police said that the threat actors behind the #medibank breach are in #Russia. This was the Russian response. That's rich coming from the government that was calling the shots on #wannacry and #notpetya .
