Tee hee.. just cooked up dinner with a couple of things from the freezer. Hadn't realised husband was watching #MasterchefTheProfessionals so when I gave him his food I put my deepest husky voice on and said... ' Jo has prepared a slow roasted pepper and tomato basque served with tortellini quatre formaggio' Basque was made when we had a huge amount of red peppers and tomatoes left at our #CommunityFridge so just roasted it all and added a bit of onion and whizzed it down.

Ok, I want Kasae to win. Just the casual and heartbreaking way she said: "My mum left when I was three". I do like Tom as well, but he's got a lovely family. A family of chefs! Wow - this might be the most challenging episode of #MasterChefUK #MasterChefTheProfessionals I've ever seen! I didn't know much about Alchemist before this evening - but I have eaten on that industrial estate in Copenhagen - at Amass which is sadly no more. It wasn't quite so experimental!
