    Finally got around to trying out the Mario Kart 64: Amped Up mod today. Fun, nostalgic, and very well done.

    I love having character skins, the levels were surprising and fun, and the soundtrack fit well.

    Wow! What a year for the #N64. I'm just discovering a mod for #MarioKart64 called #MarioKart64AmpedUp. This has 3D models added to replace the sprites in the original version. It also has a ton of new tracks too. If you are a Mario Kart 64 fan than this is a must play. It works on emulators too. Check it out! #retrogaming gamebanana.com/mods/download/6
