@FeloniousPunk we've had a long hot spell for weeks here. Yesterday I sat in the #mancave with The Hound, door open as the rain poured down enjoying the cool. Was beautiful.

The #mancave is coming into its own now... Two attempts to start a half-lap joint. On the right is the first version I did after watching several videos and finishing with a chisel. Yes. It's pretty crap. On the left I present my next attempt... just using a saw. Both included careful measuring. Stick that youtube experts. #woodworking #chisel

Did anyone notice that I've redesigned the Rule Zero sign? Now with rounded corners and a slightly nicer layout, suitable for all discerning workshops and server rooms.

Been using planes to smooth out some #oak I collected from a fallen tree in the forest.

I now have a bucket full of the thin curly shavings from the first point. If you've ever planed you will know.

The #mancave or #shed is now excelling. I use it for prayer/reading , #woodworking and being #alone . Boobington the dog is the only other member of the family who spends time with me.

Today I moved all the off cuts and left over bits of #wood to a new place in my #mancave . I then moved some, but not all of them back. I don't really know what i was trying to do... i just wanted to be alone in my #shed .
