Hot take (that I might have mentioned a long time ago):
Some series hold up. Gilmore Girls... don't. I was completely enthralled by it when it aired but every time I try to watch it after passing 45 I just get annoyed at how horrible all the main characters are.
I don't know if it's me getting older or the show's norms that aren't holding up but Jesus all those people deserve each other.

Like, those people didn't make the decisions, those people didn't have any say, those people put years of their lives into building a career that they may never be able to put back together, because some dumb #nepobaby #CEO wanted to own the metaverse or go to Mars or build a god machine or something.

Cuando veo la enésima adaptación de #mitologíagriega donde el enfoque es "realista, terrenal, sin que los dioses estén mucho", lo que pienso es:
VAGO. ERES UN VAGO. Y lo que pasa es que no atreves a echarle imaginación a cómo caracterizarías a Zeus, cómo harías a las sirenas, cómo harías el Olimpo.
SO VAGO.
Nolan intenta hacer esto y lo único imaginativo que le sale son el Cíclope y Circe (y aun así desvirtúa mucho el fondo de ambos pasajes). Qué mierda de diseño de Escila es ése, cómo que las sirenas son tías en bolas y ya, dónde está Hermes, cómo que Zeus es una tormenta y punto.

#software has 0 marginal cost on replication. Once committed, it doesn't matter if #ai is available, code will remain.
Once #aibubble burst, only the privileged will afford it and we'll be at a great disadvantage again. -
This might be a hot take - but if a person tells me that "they don't need a spellchecker or an editor" they are kidding themselves.
There is no way you can spot all of your spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, dialogue tag issues, funky sentence structures, after already spending (hopefully) a lot of time doing drafts and story editing. Even if you do read the script out loud several times - human brain gets numb from repetition and misses things.
