#management and #Leadership do not .. & never have... used #logic, objective facts, & #reason to conduct themselves.
Most #IT shops are #managed and led by former techs - promoted out of their skill-zone and into supervisory roles - ( for which they are not suited..) - because of some tech skills they once exhibited..
An organizational mistake taught in every management 101 course. But every big Org still does it.

В начале декабря наша команда выпустила новый сервис managed-k8s, в котором как раз реализован такой подход. Я расскажу вам про то, как выглядит наш Kubernetes с точки зрения архитектуры и каким образом Gatekeeper делает архитектуру безопасной.
