#management and #Leadership do not .. & never have... used #logic, objective facts, & #reason to conduct themselves.

Most #IT shops are #managed and led by former techs - promoted out of their skill-zone and into supervisory roles - ( for which they are not suited..) - because of some tech skills they once exhibited..
