    Feeling better this week. Back on my meds, taking vitamins, being productive…
    But I know I’m still very much unwell. Gonna make an appointment with a doctor and get re-evaluated.

  8. @omarfmirza I know it intimately. I’ve lived it as someone with both #MultipleSclerosis (10+ years) and #MajorDepression (lifelong). The amount of safety planning I do going into medical settings to avoid potential coercion is exhausting. And I’m lucky. I present well under most circumstances; have significant education, social supports, and resources to back me up; and I’m still employed/relatively independent. It’s still terrifying to navigate a medical emergency as a patient.
