Girls und Panzer -- no males at all. If you watch to the end of the first episode, you'll know if you'll like it.
Flying Witch -- two male secondary characters. Slice of life. Realistic mother, realistic little sister.
Magnificent Kotobuki -- some males, but the lead characters are all women. great flying. mediocre CGI
Shirobako -- how anime gets made, with a very strong female lead
