Something that I try to address in my writing is the fact that I rarely see 'leaders' in literature wear the hats that all good leaders should wear. Xin Ariq and the Chieftess try to take time to mentor their staff too. The best leaders develop talent as they go

A new episode of #LostNoise is up. As requested by @imaria.bsky.social, I added something vaguely octopus shaped to the operatic wedding tableau to keep it in line with later depictions of these events that might have taken some historical liberties.

I'm really enjoying playing with the Guides in this story. We couldn't do that in Fortuna Saga since the Fortunans had literally no where else to go.
