Hi all, this is a question for the transgender community specifically. So my beautiful, shy daughter has been actively becoming her correct self for just over two years. From my viewpoint she is gorgeous, with a tall lithe slender body, curves in all the right places and looks like a right Goth rock chick and I am so proud of her. She lives about 150 miles away, on her own and has experienced transphobic abuse when out. She is a very quiet person who hates to draw attention to herself. What have other people done to forge a new peer group and friendship group after starting to present as their correct gender? #trans #lonely
