    If I understand this correctly:

    - Hisense TVs randomize their Device ID when uPNP scanning.
    - This causes Windows to track a ton of unique devices
    - Which eventually bogs down Windows so badly that it can't open many system settings, ruins unrelated functions like MIDI (?!) and makes the Task Manager unusable.

    And _Hisense_ is at fault?

    Lmao, Windows is absolute garbage.
