When I heard Marlin's GM Kim Ng was not coming back to the team, I simply assumed that Ng, having amply proved her expertise in the game, was looking for a bigger paycheck.
I just learned the *real* reason she's leaving is because Marlins owner Bruce Sherman told her that he's creating a new job position -- prez of baseball operations -- ABOVE hers.
Not only did he not give her a big raise, he pretty much demoted her. NO WONDER SHE'S LEAVING. 😂😂😂😂😂
