Despite still having not a lot to do, left over from yesterday, there’s been very little #lollygagging today. Boiled eggs and soldiers for breakfast. Then I made flapjack (with crunchy nut cornflakes - #gamechanger). Now enjoying said treat with fresh coffee and watching the short track speed skating at the #olympics. #LivingMyBestLife #RockNRoll

BTW, I don't care if anybody in #Canada says “oot & aboot” or not. I use it when texting my children.

But it has a slightly different definition from “out & about”. "oot" implies #lollygagging, "out" means getting something done.

So, saying "are you oot & aboot or out & about?" is a valid question.

For all you #Keto Peeps: #Lollygagging and #Slacking are not equivalent. #Lollygagging burns more calories. Not sure what the mechanism is. It may be that the Lollygaggers start off intending to do more and fizzle out later than the slackers. Just a guess
