My latest article on the action for annulment brought by a Romanian association of prosecutors, challenging the Commission decision to repeal the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism. In this article I present the main challenges for the action, a procedural and substantive analysis of the Commission's actions, and conclude on what this means for the rule of law in Romania
