First time at #LlanishenParkrun for me. Lovely course, a not-to-shabby time, and now I can go and enjoy a day of beer and live music having done something wholesome.

Every Saturday I see @RHD’s tweets about #LlanishenParkrun and think it looks nice. Unusually, I had a Saturday morning today with no kids’ football so planned to go - but then my mate persuaded me to join him at #TremorfaParkrun instead.
When we got there, it had been cancelled due to a horse on the course… 🤦🏻♂️ 🐴 🐎
