Sinon tu as la piste #VAE en particulier la licence pro de Rennes https://www.lp-mednum.fr/.ça te permet d'avoir une #licence mais surtout de poser un regard réflexif sur ton travail. Il faut compter 8-10 mois de travail et je recommande l'accompagnement à la VAE.

Just read that #Sony will stop pressing physical #PlayStation #discs for new games from January 2028. Everything becomes #digital only.
I can not #support this. Without a #disc the customer is only a #licence holder, not a real owner. A digital game can be altered, #locked or completely #deleted with one click, so old #versions simply disappear from your library.
Because Sony controls the disc #licensing, big #publishers like #EA, #Ubisoft and #Capcom must follow. This is bad for #preservation and turns a #cultural medium into pure #licensed #data.
With only one #store and no #second-hand #market, the #prices stay high.
For me this is #unacceptable. It is another reason why I prefer #DRMfree platforms like #GOG, where the game stays mine and stays playable forever.

That reminds me, I should be writing to various MPs about cottages like those sold off by the #Bridgewater #Canal #Company at #PrestonBrook.The terrace, built in the late 1700s, was sold off one house at a time in the 1950s. They all had brick built privies clustered together in a #communal #yard. Because the remaining #tenants all needed access to the yard the canal company retained ownership and provided an annual licence to each purchaser permitting access to the communal area.
There's no #lease. No #contract on #fees to be charged. The canal company can, it seems, charge what they like both to issue a #licence to a new #buyer of a #cottage and any #annual renewal #fee.
We ought to be able to add some appropriate clauses onto any upcoming #legislation that gives owners of #leasehold #property the #righttobuy such communal ground.

Photo de MegatungerUn artiste numérique, un compositeur utilisant l’IA ou un créateur TikTok, lorsqu’une entreprise fait appel à un créateur, elle n’achète pas automatiquement les droits sur son œuvre.
En droit, il faut distinguer la prestation réalisée et les droits d’auteur attachés à la création. Payer une œuvre ou signer un contrat de travail ne suffit pas à transférer ces droits.
Pour exploiter légalement une création, une cession de droits écrite et précise est nécessaire. À défaut, l’entreprise s’expose à des risques juridiques pouvant aller jusqu’à la contrefaçon.

Ah et, pour l'instant c'est sous licence libre, mais j'hésite fortement à passer sous une licence pas libre, qui permettrait une circulation sous le manteau. Pas envie qu'Hachette s'en serve, pas non plus envie qu'un LLM réécrive le programme sous une licence propriétaire.
Est-ce que certain·es d'entre-vous auraient des idées à partager à ce sujet ?

Interesting to see all kinds of FUD on open source/copyleft licences emerging in (commercial/corporate) organisations over and over again.
