Libby is killing me slowly. I fell asleep early in the evening so I’m wide awake now. I finished one book, and found another I wanted to read. I tried to check it out and it’s trying to verify my pin, but Libby keeps rejecting it. I even had Libby send me the pin again. No go. My other library card for another library works, but they don’t have the book immediately for checkout, I had to place a hold. #LibrarianProblems

The new #EBSCO interface is awful! The more I play with it, the more I see how many features I relied on in their classic interface are now missing. When I contact them, they say they're elevating various concerns to the Enhancement Team, as if they need to code these from scratch instead of, you know, just HAVING THE FEATURES THEY'VE HAD FOR YEARS! #LibrarianProblems #libraries
