Der erste Start in ein neues Jahr, der ohne echten Stress und Eile stattfindet. Das habe ich doch etwas anders erwartet.
Obwohl es schon etwas kurios ist, wie viele Personen ihr Kennwort über die Feiertage vergessen haben. 🤦♂️😅
Heute folgt dann noch das übliche monatliche IT-TeamMeeting inkl. der Urlaubsplanung.
Mein erstes Jahr, in dem ich nicht auf die Schulferien angewiesen bin. Ein Hauch von Freiheit weht durch das Büro....

I couldn't be bothered to do any real cooking today, so I made a quick kefir based pancake batter and then had one pancake with blitzed red currants (from the freezer, and from my garden) and one with gorgonzola.
