Prioridad nazi-onal
Normalmente, la estupidez y la ignorancia potencian la maldad de una persona, así como es muy común que las buenas personas sean inteligentes y se hayan preocupado en aprender algo en la vida. Esta afirmación se comprende bien cuando se ve que mucha gente cae en timos y estafas que explotan esos lados oscuros de las personas, como las cartas nigerianas o la estampita, trucos en los que el estafado siempre espera conseguir una gran cantidad de dinero aprovechándose de la necesidad o las supuestas pocas luces del gancho. También es cierto que en estas trampas solo cae una minoría, afortunadamente, pero a veces las minorías, como sucede en política, marcan líneas de gobierno mayoritarias, en este caso las de los nuevos ejecutivos del Partido Popular en Extremadura, Castilla y León, y Aragón tras sus pactos con el partido ultraderechista Vox.
Todo ser humano tiene derecho a ser tratado dignamente, en igualdad de condiciones y con garantías legales
En los tres casos es un escándalo que se haya acordado entre PP y Vox la llamada «prioridad nacional» en detrimento de aquellos inmigrantes que no puedan acreditar un arraigo de cinco o diez años, según los casos, para acceder con igualdad de derechos a los servicios públicos de protección social, acceso a la vivienda y otros. Es un escándalo porque la prioridad nacional es ilegal en tanto que vulnera la legislación española, europea y todos los convenios internacionales sobre inmigración, refugiados y derechos humanos. Es un delito que los jueces españoles censurarán, por supuesto, con la ayuda de las ONG que a buen seguro llevarán todos los casos que puedan a los tribunales.
Al igual que en los timos clásicos, Vox (y el PP por conveniencia) prometen a los ciudadanos incautos de esas comunidades una preferencia sobre los recién llegados a trabajar que no podrán dar porque, sencillamente, es ilegal. Ellos lo saben, pero el engaño funciona bastante bien a nivel electoral y les da votos. Esto también se llama demagogia y sigue el patrón clásico de utilizar colectivos minoritarios, en este caso inmigrantes, para echarles la culpa del mal funcionamiento de los servicios públicos, carestía de la vivienda, falta de empleo, etcétera. En otras épocas fueron los judíos, los jesuítas, los comunistas o los practicantes de otra religión. Y los campeones de la demagogia desde que surgieron los nacionalismos modernos son los autodenominados patriotas, en sus diferentes variantes, desde el nazismo que demonizó al comunismo y los judíos hasta el fenómeno MAGA con su «Estados Unidos primero».
No es legal ni ética la llamada prioridad nacional, supone un retroceso del Estado de derecho incompatible con nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, pero siempre hay personas que caen en la estafa, por ignorancia la mayoría de las veces. Todo ser humano tiene derecho a ser tratado dignamente, en igualdad de condiciones y con garantías legales. Y si son menores de edad, con especial protección. No sé cómo no se les cae la cara de vergüenza a los políticos de PP y Vox que llevan meses regateando la cantidad de menores que van a acoger en su comunidad procedentes de Canarias, adonde llegaron en patera huyendo de la miseria y la guerra.
Porque, como ha dicho la eurodiputada de Sumar Estrella Galán: “Estamos provocando guerras y a la vez cerrando puertas a los migrantes”.
