The revitalized #DirectorsVillage isn't officially open yet, but we were treated to an advance 4K screening of #Akira (which I've never seen on the big screen). Kodansha manga editor Takeshi Katsurada joined us in person to introduce the iconic anime to a packed house before watching it with us! #letterboxdfriday #LastFourWatched 🪓🤠🏍️🛗 #cinemastodon

Only four this week because I've been busy, which is also why I forgot to post this yesterday.
Anyway, it's three new releases (which I saw all on the same day, by the way), and one movie that I wanted to watch again to see if my rather low rating would still stand.

Coyote vs. Acme — 4 stars
The Dog Stars — 2½ stars
One Night Only — 3½ stars
The Shape of Water — 3 stars

Psycho (4.5 stars) - Really great, only loses half a star for the end when the psychiatrist explains everything.
Pinocchio Unstrung (2 stars) - Just... not my thing.
Triangle of Sadness (3.5 stars) - Really liked some parts of this, didn't care for others!
The Secret World of Arietty (4.5 stars) - Delightful.
