  3. Earlier flight cancelled, but I think I’m finally on my way to @LeanAgileScot

  4. On Sat night one of our friends left her phone in an Uber. Before I heard that, she'd
    - used 'find my phone' on her partner's phone, could see hers driving round the city
    - tried logging into Uber on his phone, got stuck with a 4-digit code sent to her lost phone

At this point I heard what had happened and got very excited, "I've just heard this exact story in a keynote talk at a conference!"

Used the handy form that got added after @rufflemuffin 's adventure, everyone delighted.

    Tom Adeyoola #lascot

  17. Why your ‘Brilliant’ technology fails to have impact, Tom Adeyoola #lascot

We need an idea to solve a real customer issue

    Customers always want:

(therefor the best action is no action, which is actually saying we don’t want to think about it)

Any org thinking they can do without testers coz automated testing is losing a massive amount of value.
