>> Oltre 1.150 professionisti e organizzazioni sanitarie hanno lanciato il 13 giugno una petizione per il boicottaggio dell’Associazione medica israeliana (IMA), accusandola di non rispettare l’etica medica e di dimostrare “complicità” nel genocidio dei palestinesi a Gaza.
L’iniziativa è guidata dal People’s Health Movement (PHM), da Medici per Gaza e dal Consiglio consultivo sanitario del gruppo Jewish Voice for Peace.
Le organizzazioni chiedono all’Associazione Medica Mondiale (WMA) di interrompere l’adesione all’IMA per il suo silenzio sulla sistematica distruzione delle infrastrutture sanitarie da parte di Israele e sull’uccisione, il rapimento e la tortura di medici, infermieri e soccorritori palestinesi.
La petizione è stata pubblicata anche su The Lancet, la rivista medica più prestigiosa al mondo. <<

I want to bring to your attention the last variant in the list, XDD, which is a recombo of two already fast variants (EG.5.1.1, or HK, and JN.1). It's at .51% but probably won't stay there with holiday gatherings and work environments that ignore source control.

This thing is fast, too, so PLEASE be sure to use caution this month into next month.

Worse C19 outcomes for all organ systems and disability except lung.

Higher burden of health loss on the POST ACUTE PHASE than in the acute phase for both. (Which means acute severity is NOT the only real danger!)
