It is prettier, but always slow as molasses, and it seems like it is harder to use. It used to be plainer, but super quick! I will refrain from judging ease of use, but as a user from the before times I do not find it easier. At all.

I heard peals of laughter spilling out of the lab Friday afternoon. The students were really enjoying getting soap bubbles to fill with mist from subliming dry ice, left over from the -78 bath for the Swern. I love that they are already having so much fun together. I cannot explain quite how comforting it is to hear the nitrogen boiling from the traps in the Schlenk line while I watch boiling solvent being stripped from a reaction.
