Just rewatched the 2016 remake of The Magnificent Seven. I really love that movie. Such a great cast. It always gets me thinking about wanting to play a Wild West themed #TTRPG.

I also love the original Seven Samurai (as well as most of Kurosawa's work). And I am always for a samurai RPG. I loved playing all of #L5R back in the day, both CCG and RPG.

I love good cinema that also makes me want to roleplay in that world/genre.

No idea if the video game will be any good. But hey, it's set in #Rokugan, one of the coolest #fantasy ( #ttrpg ) worlds. Hopefully it runs on the #steamdeck. #L5R #L5rrpg #bucketlist

On Saturday our group played in our L5R campaign, having run several #Scorpions so far I continued the trend by playing #Bayushi Dozon, I think he's famous in the game but this is early in his career. While playing a PC looks for a duel and I bet on the PC at 3 to 1 odds. He wins and I turn the 9 #koku into more Ronin to fight a named #Oni next session. Completely in character I just talked people into helping us kill a nasty thing so I don't have to do anything. #L5r

What are the best Legend of the 5 Rings Novels out there? Trying to get more lore knowledge to be able to gm it for some playern that haven't played before. #pnpde #L5RRPG #l5r
