    Temptress is a heavy trio founded in Dallas, Texas who fuse drone, doom, post-rock, noise, grunge and classic metal into an unexpected blend that sounds at times like each yet is also entirely unique. Comprised of veteran touring musicians Andi Cuba (drums/vocals), Kelsey Wilson (guitar/vocals) and Christian Wright (bass/vocals), Temptress began their musical journey in 2019. Within just five months, these experienced players went from jamming for fun to writing and recording their first potent songs, self-releasing the self-titled „Temptress“ EP that year and immediately launching into live performances.
    Recording their first full-length album „see“ with Kent Stump (Wo Fat) at Crystal Clear Sound Studio and releasing the record in 2023 through Metal Assault Records, Temptress toured extensively, leveraging the members’ vast onstage experience to present their hybrid heaviness in the most natural and impactful setting. In their relatively short tenure, they have played over 200 shows across the USA and Canada, sharing stages with bands like Khemmis, Royal Thunder, Eyehategod and Black Tusk, and performing at events like Ripplefest Texas, Grim Reefer Fest in Baltimore, Atlanta Doom Fest and the early days of Austin’s Gravitoyd Doom Fest.
    Signing to Blues Funeral Recordings, Temptress is ready to harness their relentless work ethic and explosive live presence to incinerate new stages and make instant new fans with their ambitious, genre-warping heaviness worldwide in support of their new album „hear“ in 2026.
    Bombastic yet delicate, crushing yet ethereal, driving yet dark, Temptress are a jigsaw of sonic touchstones with no audible seams. Fusing drone, doom, post-rock, grunge and hardcore, the trio produce a molten blend that flows and obliterates like a liquid metal assassin. „ This album as a whole is deeply personal, with all of us equally putting our hearts and souls into the songs. Wir wollen erachsenen Autisten, ihren Angehörigen aber auch fachorientierten Begleitpersonen und anderen Interessierten die Möglichkeit zur Begegnung bieten. Seid einfach mutig und kommt vorbei….gerne auch mit Begleitung.
    Es gibt viele Kreativräume in vielen Bereichen. Maleri, Zeichnen, Linoldruck, Speckstein, Nähen, Sticken, Musik, Schreiben, Schach; Bewegungskünste, Soziale Kunst durch Begegnungen und Anbindungen oder einfach nur dabei sein, bei Kaffee und Tee. Eigene Ideen können in eine Planung und Umsetzung gebracht werden.

    TREFFPUNKT JANE : „Wie ist es in einem Loch zu leben? Sag mir wie fühlt es sich an.“ Für Treffpunkt Jane aus Köln gilt es, genau das herauszufinden. Mit ihrer am 31. Oktober erscheinenden Single steigen sie hinab ins „Loch“, um den eigenen Untergrund zu erforschen. 
    Sänger Joshua Martin selbst erklärt, es gehe in „Loch“ „um die absolute Aussichtslosigkeit angesichts der eigenen tiefsten Abgründe, in die man hinabfallen kann und aus denen es keinen Ausweg zu geben scheint“. Weiter erläutert Martin, dieses „Loch“ könne als „ein Sinnbild für Isolation“ sowie als Allegorie für „eine kalte Gesellschaft, die mit unzähligen Löchern übersät ist“, gesehen werden.
    Die Kölner Band, bestehend aus Sänger Joshua Martin, Gitarrist Dominik Schuten, Bassist Louis Post und Schlagzeuger Fabio Cimpeanu, setzt auf einen Genremix aus Indie-Rock und (Post-)Punk mit gelegentlichen (funky) Ausflügen in die Pop-Welt. Auf die Frage, welche Songs die Band zum Zeitpunkt der „Loch“-Aufnahmen besonders begleitet und folglich inspiriert hätten, antwortet Schuten: „Ich erinnere mich an ‚Egg in a Frame‘ von Palm, ‚Televised Mind‘ von Fontaines D.C. und ‚Dark Entries‘ von Bauhaus“. Martin habe derweil Lieder von Bands wie Abwärts und Messer gehört.“
