Getting a bit desperate…

...I wish I knew what the whining was all about... Since the day when Koa came to live with me, he's been whining a bit from time to time. At first, I figured that it was because he was a young lad, taken away from his mum, his brothers and sister, and from the only surroundings he'd known so far. But, as he slowly got older, and bigger, there was still the occasional whine from time to time. And, I never knew what it was about... At times, it worried be, because I really had (and have) no idea why he is still doing it. A few weeks ago, we learned that Koa was/is dealing with an ear infection in both ears. They got cleaned and treated with a special lotion of some sort, which should be effective for the next 4 weeks (since the vet put it in his ears). We have a follow-up appointment on September 12, so hopefully we will know more about the status of his ears then. When I look at them, they seem a lot better already. But of course, I can't see if they are still a cause of discomfort, and the whining, for Koa. […]
