Okay #knitters - how do you avoid getting wrist pain when doing relatively dense fabric + cables?

I'm normally not too bad but I think this project will force me to take a break, even now on the plain knits and purls. I am now past the cables, but general advice would be appreciated

I’ve reached the midway point! I’ve gotten a whopping 24 reps out of it. Technically, I can squeeze out another rep, but I didn’t weigh my yarn before CO, so this is the safest route 😃

#StashDivesaturday The last couple of days, I was in Antwerp with my mom. We did some wonderful shopping, among other things. On the yarn side, I found this lovely cotton in the Veritas store. #StashDivesaturday I did some thinking on a new shawl design using this yarn. It's Hearthside Fibers Crystal in "Lake", a 50% Merino, 50% Tencel fingering weight yarn. I have another skein of it in a lovely hazelnut brown color. Stay tuned for more about this new design 😉
