Yesterday, I've put the dying freezer for sale on #Kleinanzeigen. I felt bad charging 100 EUR as initially planned and even 50 EUR I perceived bold. So I've put it in for 20 EUR. In the end, it needs repair and I only wanted to save the trip to the recycling center. Three hours later, I had one person wanting it, within the first 12 hours, I had a total of five people asking for it. The first one said, he'd pick it up this morning at 10, so I told the others, that they have to wait to see if that one actually showed up (even when they offered to get it right away or to pay me 10 EUR more). During the time, I asked myself, if I made a huge financial mistake with that price, basically pushed by the fear of being looked at as stupid (by whomever).
Shortly after ten, a couple in a Dacia Dokker showed up. He didn't speak any German, but was very friendly and professionally brought a cart and something to bind the freezer to it. While we rolled it down the stairs together, I asked him, where he was from. He said, he didn't speak German or English, only Russian and Ukrainian. I asked if the freezer would go to Ukraine. He confirmed. At the bottom of the stairs, we said goodbye, I told him "Slawa Ukrajini", he smiled, we shook hands and I went back in.
Of course, there might might be a slight chance, that I basically gifted the device to the freezer mafia, which will now make gigantic profits from it, but I prefer to believe, that I somehow helped those people and for that, the price was completely adequate.
If he would have been later with his reply and I would have have to sell it to one of the pushier ones, I would probably have felt a bit of regret.
The other two #ThreeGoodThings, I won't tell you today :)

#kleinanzeigen sperrt meine stinknormale IP aus dem (Fest)Netz der Deutschen Telekom, wenn der Login von einem #Linux kommt.
Ich habe zunächst nen Login vom IPv6-Präfix probiert, den ich seit dem 02.08. hatte – nein. Okay, kann passieren, irgendwer hat vielleicht wirklich herumgespielt in der Vergangenheit. In der Fritz!Box daher einen Reconnect angestoßen, neues Präfix bekommen. *Selber Fehler!* Kann ja nicht sein, oder? #Firefox, #Falkon *und* #Ladybird (soweit das die Seite aufbauen kann) probiert.
Ungelogen und ohne Witz, eine Windows-VM von derselben Maschine probiert, die ebenjenes IPv6-Präfix hat, das vorher nicht funktionierte. Darauf ebenfalls Firefox. Was glaubt ihr denn, natürlich kann ich mich einloggen, als hätte es nie eine IP-Sperre gegeben. Ist ja kein böses Linux, nech..
Bonus: Die Android-App im selben Netz geht auch. Ging schon immer.
Ich ziehe Parallelen zum Vorfall mit der #DB vor einigen Monaten. Da hat die Website auch einen Angriff vermutet, nur weil im User Agent Linux stand.

EDIT2: Hotline war angenehmer und zielführender als befürchtet. Dame an der Strippe hat das Inserat manuell überprüft, für OK befunden und wieder freigeschaltet. Da war wohl eine zu übermotivierte KI im Gange. Selbst die Mitarbeitenden bekommen wohl nicht immer ein spezifische Aussage vom System, warum das gesperrt wurde. Erklären konnte sie es nicht.
