Another old work, this is from 2010, and I think that was Sammy's first appearance in artwork, already sporting his black & purple scarf!
Sascha is a bit of an older kid here, leaning towards low teen and the streak in his hair wasn't purple yet, but it's very cute!
Today a purple streak indicates my softer, younger and/or crinkly side, while the grey is reserved for the Cyberpunk Freelancer.And he absolutely isn't a morning person!

I made this while struggling with being alone at home again; I'd been working on my struggles with asking for things that I want, which were exacerbated by my inability to decide on - or even realize - what it was that I wanted, let alone ask for it in the first place.
Learning that I need to understand myself better before I can expect it of others, and get good things from them, was a huge step on my journey of self-discovery.
I realized halfway through the process that I actually hadn't drawn Chocolate Chip exactly on model, and looks more like a midpoint between me and her. I didn't bother "fixing" it since that has plenty of implications that I think elevate the piece even further.

Randomly feeling like it's too bad I'm not into age regression or whatever, or really interested in the potential portrayals of myself as aged down, or even really finding a great appeal into simply participating in small child activities. My baby fur/ kid fur/ age regression friends all seem to be having these fun parties based around pretending to be little kids or whatever, and as weird as I think that all is, I still feel a bit left out.
