It & the TV have only been on for 20 mins. No other apps used. Kayo hasn't been used for a week (when I had to go through all that "logged in, nah, login again using our garbage system" BS it pulls occasionally). How on earth can it already be out of memory?

And they want me to pay extra for 4k vision. I'm sure it will work properly. Yeah nah.

My #Kayo experience started well, but is now shithouse. Despite good connection speeds, Kayo was hanging every couple of seconds during Sunday's main race. The only fix is to restart the tv, and go through the entire painful process of getting back into Kayo and then trying to find the point I was watching. Using the incredibly dodgy "scrub" is useless. It doesn't scrub, for a start!

Update on my #kayo issues. It appears that the Kayo and #Chromecast combination does not like #AussieBB CGNAT. I've now opted out of CGNAT and my streaming is much better.

#Australian #MotoGP viewers on #Foxtel and #Kayo are once again being shafted.
They have changed from the official broadcaster's coverage to that of the crappy English #TNTsports without even notifying customers.
The quality of the TNT commentary is pretty ordinary.💩Seems like it's time to purchase the official #MotoGP streaming via the website and give #Foxtel the flick.

Ah the joy of being a customer with a problem that cleary doesn't fit into any scripted solution that the support desk has!
I have both a #Kayo and a #Binge subscription. Both services use Streamotion as their backend account/streaming system and since both subs are using the same email address, it’s the same backend account.
The Binge sub lets me stream from 2 devices at the same time, the Kayo sub is limited to 1.
My super strange problem is that if Binge is being watched on one Apple TV, and then a second Apple TV starts watching Kayo, the Binge app on the first Apple TV stops in about 60 seconds complaining that we are using too many streams for our sub.
Which, of course, is total nonsense! We are only using 1 of the 2 Binge streams, and besides the Kayo stream is a different sub altogether!
To me this is an issue with Streamotion's backend conflating the two subs somehow, but trying to get Binge suport to admit this is bordering on impossible.
So far they've had me reset my account password (at least 3 times), sign out of everything on both subs (multiple times), uninstall and reinstall apps (again multiple times), all to no avail.
They even suggested at one point I need to factory default both my Apple TV boxes and set them up from scratch to fix this. I bluntly (but politely) say a hard no to that.
While I'm tempted to just cancel one sub and re-sign up using a different email address, I'm concerned this won't fix the issue and the end result will be just even more technical support chaos!
I've now gone past being super annoyed by this and have reached a point where I'm now just going to keep doing the pointless things they keep asking me to do just to see how long it takes before they actually fix this. Assuming of course that they can/do!
