This is so scary...not just this actual ruling, but the ripple effect that this will bring to the definition of "Standing." The level of connection to an issue and what "a concrete and particularized injury or actual and imminent harm that was caused by the action they’re complaining about," actually means will change...possibly even if the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals strikes it down, because of his 67 page opinion.

In addition, this (potentially) means that one person that has a problem with a (possibly life saving) medication could rip it from the hands of all Americans, and the testing, blood, sweat, and tears that the #FDA put in, and the lives that will be inexorably changed by the ignorance or bigotry of that person.
