  1. The revelations at the weekend from a CHI whistleblower are shocking.

We need a full public inquiry for #JusticeForHarvey.

The Dáil must debate this issue and have the minister answer questions on this issue.

  2. The government chose to bring a 'motion of confidence' in Simon Harris to avoid scrutiny in the week of the presidential election.
FF, FG, the Lowry Independents, Healy-Raes, and Independent Ireland all voted 'confidence' in Simon Harris.

Years on from Simon Harris' promise, children are still waiting much longer for spinal surgery, while the stream of scandals coming out of CHI continues.

Will we ever know the truth?

  4. As the Dáil resumed today, we used our first chance to speak to demand a debate on the State’s failure of Harvey Morrison Sherratt. We again reiterate the call for #JusticeForHarvey and for a full inquiry into the clear failings at CHI.

  5. A powerful march for #JusticeForHarvey today.

Thanks to the incredible bravery and perseverance of his parents, Harvey has become a symbol of all the ways children are horrendously failed in this state.

The state must stop failing children. Simon Harris must go. We need a full public inquiry into the failures of CHI.

Instead of allowing money to distort our healthcare and society, care must come first.

  6. March for #JusticeForHarvey and all children still being failed today at 2pm at the Garden of Remembrance.

Be there and join Harvey's family on the streets.

  10. The country is in mourning for Harvey Morrison Sherratt.

We support Harvey's parents in their demands. We need:
    - a public inquiry into CHI
    - to recall the Dáil to discuss Harvey's failure
    - Simon Harris to resign for his role in this

  11. Simon Harris must resign.

Harvey Morison Sherratt should have received world class, and timely care, his state should have moved heaven and earth to ensure he did not wait for the urgent care his parents were fighting for. The political establishment promised they would, but they failed. Instead, he was forced through a broken health system, run by incompetent political leaders, that treat children with scoliosis and complex needs as if their lives can wait.
