#MedinatAmerica is a #pluralistic society, so in addition to a half day on Sixth Day for #Jumma and Shabbat prep, and a day off for #Shabbat (naturally), we also give a day off on First Day so our #Christian minority can attend Christian shul for Christian Shabbat… and so EVERYONE has a morning for running errands and extracurriculars, like sports, music, and dance competitions.
