Petit rappel de bonne tenue dans un dojo :
- ta tenue tu laveras après chaque séance (à froid mais avec de la lessive) et sans la laisser traîner dans ton sac pendant des heures.
- "Va z'y tu peux y aller à fond, j'aime avoir mal" n'est pas la phrase à sortir à la seule femme du cours, surtout si tu veux la mettre à l'aise.
- Coupe tes ongles (mains et pieds) courts pour blesser personne, ET LAVE TOI !
