I've been reading #SelfTherapy by #JayEarley this week.

I wanted to read it all the way through before doing the exercises in earnest. But I did start doing some informal work to test it out as I was reading.

Already had some significant insights and felt some healing.

I've been pretty sick since Friday and haven't had much ability to sit up or concentrate, but even with my current level of wonkiness, it's still been way more interesting and useful than I expected.

Now that I've finished the book, I'm going to go through it from the start and do the exercises properly.
