Claude Code's new dynamic workflows feature could not have dropped at a better time.

For the past few days I've been taking a first look at upgrading our codebase from Jakarta EE 10 to EE 11 (WildFly 39 to 40). It's been going...ok...but we kept hitting one issue after another. It's an older codebase and we haven't always followed best practices. EE 11 got a lot stricter in a bunch of areas.
