  2. Open Liberty's Maven documentation has all the pieces. The end-to-end path is spread across plugin goals, dev mode, feature installation, and packaging.

I connected and validated that path with Java 21 and Jakarta REST 4.0: hot reload, Failsafe against a real server, a clean CI build, and a runnable JAR.

  3. RE: mastodon.social/@APIdia/116856

We are adding GlassFish to APIdia.
HK2 was the first milestone, Grizzly is the next.
On the way, several foundational GlassFish subprojects are added, such as gmbal (GlassFish MBean Annotation Library) and pfl (Jakarta EE Primitive Function Library).

    hk2: apidia.net/mvn/org.glassfish.h
    pfl: apidia.net/mvn/org.glassfish.p
    gmbal: apidia.net/mvn/org.glassfish.g

  4. GlassFish HK2 is the reference implementation of the jakarta.inject specification within the EE4J project and powers the GlassFish Application Server and the Jersey REST Framework.
Adding HK2 API reference documentation to APIdia is our first milestone for supporting the Eclipse GlassFish ecosystem!

  7. Tired of stitching #AI SDKs into your #JakartaEE stack manually? #LangChain4J-CDI lets you declare an interface, annotate it, & inject it anywhere — REST, EJB, schedulers. @EliteGentleman demonstrates the model-driven approach.

  24. There has been some interesting discussion on 11 and servers over on Twitter. The draft of the spec has been updated to require JDK 17 rather than requiring JDK 21. I agree with the decision. To maximize adoption, JakartaEE must support JDK 17 and optionally JDK 21. Dropping JDK 11 is the best we can hope for right now.

  25. How to find people easier on ? Simple, make it easier for them to find you. For example, if I say I am interested in , , , , , , , , , than is not spam, it is just the truth. 🤓
