Bottom line, Researchers, Journalists and others absolutely have a first amendment right to criticize social media platforms and their moderation processes, without fear of being the subject of a lawsuit.

Even the people receiving them sort of hate it. Original assertions that making the blue check cost money would combat Bots seems to have gone out the window
