A federal court has thrown out Elon Musk/Twitters lawsuit against the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH).
Bottom line, Researchers, Journalists and others absolutely have a first amendment right to criticize social media platforms and their moderation processes, without fear of being the subject of a lawsuit.
