An evening of a couple of cold beers and memories of old friends now gone followed by an early morning of Maltese biker columns sweeping through on the nearby bypass at high speed with very loud engines. It is already very hot. The thick cover of Sahara sand in the sky is holding in the humidity and blocking the breeze. This is the definition of weekend life in Malta. Beer, noise, heat, sand, humidity.
