💕 200m into today's icy #bikeride I saw a #fox 🦊 in the nature reserve.He was too quick to photo but may have had a pixie in his jaws given where he was.The #Ironbridge and Coalport bridge looking particularly frosty and the River #Severn high. Snow due.

My 10mile #bike ride into the #Ironbridge gorge took twice the usual time post #StormDarragh .25 separate blockages of route by #fallentrees plus the detour because the flood barriers are going up on the wharfage.Was probably right to stay on indoor turbo yesterday: )

cold wet and muddy #bikeride this morning. Through 4 of our #naturereserves, car free,crossed the historic #Ironbridge,and got through the town park before the #parkrun set off.
