Monday was our Golden Retriever’s birthday. 6 years old.
Not easy to get a group photo when they all thought I was asking them to sit in one place so I could give them a treat or so they could wrestle with each other.
Also, trying out @altbot to see how it generates altText even though I usually do it myself - just want to see how this works.

It is cold tonight. Three dog night.

Quite the pile on tonight. This isn’t because it is cold tonight (pretty warm actually). This is Miles being the boss and Doby just chilling and doesn’t really care. While Loki is always along for the ride.

You know it is getting colder outside when the dogs are doing their own three dog night.

Another rainy day so time for indoor projects. Washing the walls and doors in the hallway. This all gets dirty because of the dogs. That’s all well and good, but this boy decides to not only supervise but he is laying down on the job.

四个赛特品种（setter）
赛特，顾名思义，就是看到猎物，就会set，用一个固定姿势告诉主人“找到了！” （一只前爪抬起或者趴下不动）
四个品种分别是英国赛特（来自英格兰），爱尔兰赛特，戈登赛特（苏格兰），和相对小众的爱尔兰红白赛特。它们都是非常活跃的狗子，适合热爱户外运动的家庭。其中戈登赛特最大最重，爱尔兰最快，而英国赛特什么都中不溜，性格也最随和，所以比其他的赛特更容易适应城市家庭生活。当然它们性格都非常亲人啦，只是太过活泼，需要很大的运动量。赛特的毛毛摸起来是丝滑的，不过家里养的话，很难打理出照片这么好看的毛，搞不好就卷起来乱糟糟了，所以美容也是蛮大一笔开销。
我喜欢赛特，因为觉得它们的头非常漂亮，表情又很柔和，看到就觉得特别温柔。小时候看过苏联的小说，白比姆黑耳朵，讲的是一个退休老兵和他的英国赛特的故事，非常悲伤，给我哭的嗷嗷的。现在想起来当然是通过一只狗的悲惨遭遇讽刺了当年苏俄的社会现状。但相同的事情现在还在不断发生 😥
