CW: Farm to Table Food
Last night we enjoyed a wonderfully marbled t-bone from the #IrishDexter we purchased from a local farm. The picture is horrible but the meat was a perfect medium rare. Carrots are from the garden. Tonight its burgers from the same cow. What a difference in taste from big box grocers. Cost effective too.

Of course I've procrastinated cleaning out the freezer & today we take delivery of our half of an Irish Dexter cow. Going to be a busy morning vacuum sealing & stowing, but I look forward to a delicious steak dinner tonight. Yum.
